Daughter of the Marchese di Villasor
Married in 1730 the Conte Carlo Francesco Castelbarco Visconti.
Dama d’onore of the emperess Maria Elisabetta,- married then to the Marchese Cusani.

In this context the present portrait may shed some light on the drawing published by Bernardina Sani in her second monograph, presumably a copy after a pastel portrait of Teresa Castelbarco (Bernardina Sani, Rosalba Carriera, 1673 - 1757 Maestra del pastello nell'Europa ancien régime Torino 2007 n. 334, p. 299)
